The room was really lovely. I especially liked how the bed and the desk area felt 'separated' by the cabinet the TV was on, and the TV could be turned to face in any direction. I felt very comfy and 'at home'. The bed was in a great spot, away from outside walls. I hardly heard any downtown street noise and I slept GREAT.
There was nothing I didn't like... except maybe having to pay extra for internet. And I personally prefer to have spa facilites located in the hotel. But I have no idea about running a hotel, so I don't know how viable these things are.

Had a real good stay on a business trip, everything was fantastic. Had incredibly comfortable and easy location easy to access to attractions, steps away from Harbour Centre Skyscraper.

Fairly clean place with a beautiful view of Downtown and waterfront.Efficient staff and great breakfast with outstanding products.Fantastic location, close to a shopping mall.Close to Grouse Mountain and the suspension bridge near the seaport.Centrally located on the Edge of Gastown with trendy bars, clubs, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby.

The room was too hot. We could never get the ac to cool the room down, even after maintenance came.

Central located Hotel with easy access from Airport via Canada Train Line. Walking distance to Canada Place, shopping centres and Waterfront. Suites are very comfortable and spacious. Great Beds and good pillow service.

Fairly clean place with knowledgeable staff and incredibly beautiful view of the harbor. Particularly good location a 10-15 minute walk from Gastown. Also, to the shops in Robson Street. A really nice stay on vacation.
